Liquid Silicone Milk Liner

A high-end milk liner is widely used in various market milking machines. It uses high-quality type A and type B liquid silicone as the raw material, and the food-grade color paste is added for coloring. It is injected and cured by an automatic liquid silicone injection machine to form the product.

The liquid silicone milk liner is shaped like a tube. The top liner is larger with a smaller lower portion. There are three reinforcing ribs are equidistantly distributed on the upper inner cavity wall to play a role in strengthening support. The upper part of the liner is designed to have a radially expanding cavity. The wall in the upper part of the tube is thickened and the peripheral edge that extends downward around the outer circumference. On the upper end of the tube, one annular groove is arranged on the outer wall of the middle part of the silicone tube along the circumferential direction. The tube design provides a partial vacuum during the milking process. It can be paired with the external milking machine steel cup and pulsator to complete the milking and resting rhythms alternately.
